Hi everyone, I'm Paradox. ^.^

An old soul with a young heart, I fell in love with the pin up style at a very early age. It's such a fun, free, powerful expression of femininity! I loved the models not only for their looks, but for what they represented. These were such strong, talented women, and they seemed to be so comfortable in their skin.

As my passion for this style grew, so did my desire to someday become part of it. At 20 years old, I was finally presented with an opportunity to explore this passion and I've been hooked ever since. :)

Prone to wild bouts of fancy, I'm also notorious for trying to take on far too many projects at once. In addition to academic and personal pursuits, I'm currently working as an actor (live theater, film, television and voice acting), model (doing mostly pin up, alt, gothic and conceptual shoots) writer, musician, poet, stand up comic and performance artist. While it's unnecessary to say that Paradox has a beauty that is well captured through photography, there's an essence the lens can't pick up completely. If anything, the incomplete translation teases at her breath-stopping presence. That curiosity is the tickling sensation you can't quite quench, urging you to see more of her art.

To say she's a natural in the expanding world of pin up is an understatement. She has an innate beauty, a creative touch, and immeasurable whit. You simply can't ask for anything more.

Paradox is a remarkable blend of modern and pin up girl. This goes far beyond her natural beauty, which she does harness quite well in all of her photos, and much further into characterization and actualization of each pose.

Let's just take the army pose for instance; her poise and direction with it are very accurate of the time period this was meant to represent, very pinup girl, very classy.

And then let's contrast to her half profile shot on the corner's edge. She's raw yet alluring, her eye alone beckons you without being sorrowful or mischievous, it has a rather otherworldly edge to it that draws you in.

She has a natural talent that she has clearly honed over the years and definitely deserves 5 stars.

Beautiful, Sexy, Classic, Stunning!
Paradox is beautiful, gosh, I wish I saw more women walking down the street like her; really the world would be a more radiant place.

The purple ruffly dress is pretty damn awesome, but your salute needs a little work. However, I shall let it slide this time. All in all, very nice pictures.
