What's the difference between using this and a normal wash cloth?

Q: What's the difference between the mitten and using a wash cloth?

A: Hello! This is an exfoliating mitten. You only use it once a week for a really tough scrub to remove dead skin and even out the skin.
A wash cloth I presume is used daily to remove make up?

It's pretty well completely different.
