Is it better to use it while you're taking a shower? Or is it better to use it after?

A: So excited for you. You will love it.
So have a shower first, just normally...then turn off the water and scrub without any water. All the dead skin assists with further exfoliation so leave it all on your body until you've finished the whole scrub.
