Are epsom salts okay to use in the bath before exfoliation?

Q: I've tried using the mitten twice now on my body after taking long, hot showers and have not gotten any dead skin to fall off. (I've only gotten a little off my face) I'm going to try to soak in a bath instead and see if that works. . . I know you can't add soap to the bath water, but would epsom salts be okay?

A: You can give empsom salts a go.

Just know that sometimes people don't have the rolls of skin coming off but they still get super soft skin. It just depends on your body and how much dead skin your body carries around.

It's actually surprising you had dead skin rolls coming off your face! This is the opposite of most people! :)

I wouldn't scrub overly hard on your face - just enough for redness and a little discomfort.

Hope this helps! :)

Let me know if you have further questions.

How come achieve various authoring expertise distinguish by themself simply because bestessay scam? As i regularly make use of recommendations you have got with the blog post to pinpoint a decent contributor though I would prefer to grasp regardless if ones own expertise more advanced than individuals who the standard expertise provide you with and that could be merely selling trick?

Hi lady :)

Well glad you're getting the rolls of skin coming off now.

It's all an individual experience so if you have rolls coming off your face and you're not scrubbing to hard - that's great!

You were actually the first person I had heard off to have this, but then I emailed the Baiden Mitten team and they let me know it's very very common.

So not a worry :)

It worked!

Thanks! The bath worked great and I was able to get a lot off my body this time! I was so super soft after that my bath towel was just gliding over my skin when I dried off. :-]

It's fine :)

Not a problem at all.

Just the way your skin is reacting.

You must have a natural build up of dead skin on your face.

Good to hear the mitten is doing it's job removing it :)

That is ok! :)

If you get rolls, great. If you're getting smooth skin. Great!

Just once a week is definitively enough and don't push hard enough to break any skin.

Just a little redness and discomfort :)
