Born on January 12 (Capricorn like me!) 1987 in Redlands, California where she still lives, she attended Orangewood High School. Young Tilly was shy but always being a little outgoing with her style and always fascinated with colour she slowly changed her hair colour to what it is today. Extreme and AMAZING!
